Delivery Details
We endeavor to send out goods as soon as orders are received and will always use the most suitable delivery service. Our policy is to charge delivery and packaging at cost and for most orders we use a next day courier. Items which can be sent in the post will be charged at a reduced rate in accordance with Royal Mail rates. Some items i.e paddles, Wedge Blocks etc will have to be sent out via a courier as they exceed the size restrictions of Royal Mail and Parcel Post. Courier charges stated on the website are for delivery addresses not the Customer address. Please note that the over-sized products like poles and paddles which are unable to be mechanically sorted will take an extra day to arrive.
We use a next day delivery service for the majority of orders but when factors such as postal services, courier or supplier delays beyond our control thwart our best efforts we cannot be held responsible for those delays.
At the moment Royal Mail and all of our carriers are experiencing delays to all services because of staff reductions and increased demand for their services so please be patient and order your goods well in advance. Please also note that longer parcels i.e some paddles and all poles will take 2-3 days to deliver due to the courier processing system of over-sized parcels.
